Dr. Laura Groves is a certified coach and a licensed clinician specializing in human behavior, organizational culture, and group dynamics. She brings over 20 years of experience mentoring and coaching people who want to unlock their full potential. Laura helps build thriving teams, enhance effectiveness, and empower leaders with tools and tactics for transition management and organizational growth. Dr. Groves has led culture change efforts in non-profit and for-profit industries, including healthcare, environmental, social service, faith-based, higher education, financial, design, and manufacturing industries. Laura’s unique human behavior approach aligns culture and strategy, transforms resistance, dismantles barriers, and elevates performance. Her expertise also includes assessment, accreditation, strategic visioning, project management, leadership development, board health, and succession planning. Laura holds a doctorate in Social Work and Social Research from Bryn Mawr College.
Dr. Darryl Mace is a Chief Diversity Officer and DEIB leader with over 20 years of experience getting organizations unstuck through strategic planning, assessment, change management, and diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging initiatives. His results-oriented approach integrates effective project management, metrics tracking, problem-solving, and culture change. Dr. Mace’s expertise also extends to mentoring and training, accreditation, grant writing, curriculum and development, K-12 and higher education, community engagement, external affairs, mission alignment, board health, and leadership development. Darryl holds a doctorate in History and a graduate certificate in Women and Gender Studies from Temple University, and he is a published scholar of United States race relations.
